Cyrus (Cy) Henry Crews

Passed away peacefully at the Royal Victoria Regional Health Care Centre, in Barrie on Friday, September 1st, 2023 in his 93rd year. Born August 30, 1931 in Point Crewe, Newfoundland, he is preceded in death by his parents, John and Ellen, sister Stella, and his wife of 53 years Jane (nee Denholm). He is survived by children, Cynthia and her husband, Ronald of Cambridge, Stephen and his wife, Deborah of Barrie, Wayne and his wife, Sawsan of Barrie, Michelle of Barrie, and Michael of Corona, California; five grandchildren, Krista, Graham, Brinean, Natasha, and Alyssa; and three great-grandchildren, Dante, Ruby Lynn, and Jack.  A Memorial Service will be held at the INNISFIL FUNERAL HOME, 7910 Yonge St. Stroud, on Friday, September 8th, 2023 at 12pm. with visitation starting at 11am. There will be a reception to follow.

As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to Heart and Stroke Foundation.
