PAYNE, Frank - Suddenly on Tuesday November 15th, 2017 at the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre, Barrie, in his 84th year. Frank Payne beloved husband of Huguette (Huey) and the late Carol Payne. Dear father of Dave (Catherine) and Sandra (Derrick Hillier). Dear step-father of Sandra Marion, Sherry (Logan Smith) and the late Rick Craft.  Loving Grandpa of Taylor, Haylee and Cassidy. Brother of John Payne. Pre-deceased by his brothers Bill, Bob and Bud.
