It is with great sadness that the family of Scott Hugh Wise announce his passing, peacefully surrounded by loved ones on Saturday, Aug 13, 2022. Scott will be lovingly remembered by his wife Gwen, children Florence, and Geraldine (Germain). Grandchildren Carter and Jackson. Mother, Gail and his sister Doreen (Ken). Predeceased by his father Hugh.
Funeral service will be held at the Innisfil funeral home (7910 Yonge Street, Innisfil) on Friday August 19th at 1:00. The family would like to thank Casey Park and Mona Lisa, along with other staff members at Mount Sinai hospital for their kindness, compassion, and care.
