Joe Visele, 71, of Innisfil, Ontario passed away peacefully at RVH on September 17, 2026 with his loving wife by his side.
Born in Toronto, Joe’s 1st job was at his parents Flower shop Floratown in North York. He delivered flowers until he moved to Barrie in 1975 where he worked at Hills Refrigeration for 19 years. He moved on to Springwater Woodcraft for 14 years and United Truss for 3 years prior to retiring in 2016. He was a jack of all trades and over the years did many other things such as Drywall/Taping, Installing Commercial Windows and much more.
In 1996 Joe met the love of his life Gail at their local Davidsons. She hired him to tape a room for her and the rest is history. In 1998 they were married. They had an amazing life together full of adventures. Joe loved his grandchildren Harrison and Evie with all his heart. His eyes would light up when he saw them.
Outside of work Joe loved to Boat, Garden, Golf, BBQ or working of projects in his shop. He was always ready to lend a hand when needed.
Joe is survived by his wife Gail, his Sister, Rejane, his children, Aaron (Sarah), Kristina and his grandchildren Harrison and Evie. Also, his nephews Alex (Michelle), Nick and their families.
Visitation will be held at Innisfil Funeral Home, 7910 Yonge Street, Stroud, on Saturday, September 26, 2026. from 11:00a.m. – 1:00p.m. Funeral Service to start at 1:00p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Heart & Stroke Foundation , OSPCA Barrie branch or RVH (Royal Victoria Hospital)
