Josephine Anne Martel

Our family is deeply saddened to announce Josephine Anne Martel (nee Prosolowski) peacefully passed away at her home in Innisfil at the age of 92. Josie was a devoted wife to Paul (who passed in 2020). Predeceased by her parents and her siblings, Mom leaves behind Buddy, her constant 4-pawed companion, five children: Theresa, Pat (late Leo), Sandy (Jeannot), Rob, Tim (Lauralee), six grandchildren: Rachel (Jay), Ross, Clarkson (Stephanie), Cathy-Jo, Emily and Stacy, four great grandchildren: Cadan, Liam, Leila, Madelyn, and many nephews and nieces.

Mom shared with us her love of sewing, home preserves, baking and cooking. Mom was always there to celebrate our endeavours and Dad’s volunteering within the community, woodworking and model railroading. Our sorrow is lessened knowing Mom and Dad are reunited.
