Loretta Blanche Matheson

It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Loretta in her 89th year, but now reunited with Arnold, her best friend and loving husband of 64 years. She leaves behind her children Ken (Lisa) of Innisfil, Ron (Lorrie predeceased) of Hillsdale and Suzanne (Dave) Dobinson of Innisfil, 6 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, many special family members and significant extended family and friends.

With her husband, Loretta moved to Stroud in 1968 and owned Matheson's Texaco and Restaurant for many years.  Loretta's friendly, vibrant and compassionate personality will be greatly missed, and of course her butter tarts and biscuits will be missed just as much.

Celebration of Life will be held on Sat April 15th, from 1-4 at Tangle Creek Golf and Country Club, 4730 Side Rd 25, Thornton.
