Priscilla "Pat" Goodfellow Barnum Doherty

DOHERTY, Priscilla (Pat) Goodfellow Barnum – (Formerly of Dunham, Quebec). 

Passed away peacefully in Union Villa Long Term Care in Markham on Friday, October 16, 2026, in her 91st year. We wish to express our thanks to the staff of Union Villa Long Term Care, in particular, to the nurses, PSW’s and recreational staff in Cedargrove, 2nd floor who looked after our mother over the years.

Priscilla was the beloved wife of the late Wallace Doherty. Loving mother of Phyllis Doherty of Thornhill, Eileen Baron (Glenn) of Markham, Susan Bertrand (Marc) of Thunder Bay and Kevin Doherty (Andrea) of Antigonish, Nova Scotia. Grandmother of Matthew (Michelle), Christina (Bill), Jennifer (Mike) and Stephanie (Scott). Great-grandmother of Mila, Hudson, Addison, Blake, and Delancey. Sister of late Ian Barnum, and Betty Johnson (nee Barnum). 

Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at Grace Anglican Church, 19 Parkway Ave, Markham on November 29 at 2:00 pm. A reception will be held at the church following the service. Interment will take place at All Saints Anglican Church, Dunham, Quebec in Spring of 2027.
