Uwe Voss

Passed away peacefully at Hospice Simcoe, Barrie on Friday, July 3rd, 2026 in his 87th year.

Beloved husband of Betty. Loving Father of Debbie (Paul) and James. Loving Opa to Karlie (Tully), Rylie, Harrison, Carter, Beck. Loving Great Opa to Brady and Sawyer.

Uwe was an accomplished musical enthusiast and loved playing the harmonica and accordion for his great grandchildren. His greatest joy was his vegetable garden, and his flowers. In the winter he would travel to his son and grandkids in his RV to Arizona.

He retired at the home he built with his own hands, changing it from a cottage to a place where family and friends gathered around the fire in the backyard.

He will be missed deeply.

Family and friends are invited to the Innisfil Funeral Home (7910 Yonge St, Innisfil) on Friday, July 10, 2026 for a visitation from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., followed by a memorial service in the funeral home chapel starting at 12:00 p.m. All are welcome to stay for a reception after the service, where light refreshments and fond memories can be shared.
