GODMAN, Vera Kingsley – With sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Vera Kingsley Godman (nee Ottaway) on Tuesday August 29, 2017 at the age of 95 years at the I.O.O.F. Seniors residence Barrie, ON. Beloved wife of the late Edward (Ted) Godman. Loving mother of Barbara Pugh (Dave), Valerie McLean (Ken) Ken Godman (Leslie). Lovingly remembered by 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Dear aunt of Gloria Guinyou, Helen Hamilton and Heather Smith. Pre-deceased by her parents Walter and Lily Ottaway, her sister Gladys George and her sister-in-law Helen Carlyle. Long time member of Woodbridge Legion Women’s Auxiliary Branch 414. Family and friends may call at the Innisfil Funeral Home 7910 Yonge St. (Stroud) on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9p.m. A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Saturday September 2nd, at 1:00p.m. Interment Sixth Line Cemetery.
